APRIL 07 NEWSLETTER

After the first meeting of the year at Knockhill on the 1st of April Gordon and I just wanted to add our own thanks and congratulations to all the members of the SMMA who helped to make the meeting one of he best that we can remember. Not only did we have a new Chief Marshal in Stuart Wishart but we also had a number of new marshals who turned up for their first taste of the action. After the difficulties that blighted the end of the last season we were a bit nervous about the first meeting. Needless to say we shouldn't have worried! Our new recruits all seemed to enjoy themselves are are all planning on attending when they can. Both Stuart and the KDMC were very pleased with how the day turned out and we are all looking forward to a great season.
